Item Description: Please read the entire ad before replying. I have tried to coverify all I know about this car in the ad. Many have asked about driving the car home but, I listed this as a project car because it needs work before it is ready to drive. I have an 85 vette that runs but needs a restoration. It cranks and runs but IS NOT ready for the road. The paint is faded but all the body parts are there (except the headlight covers). The interior is complete but needs to be redone. The top is a targa style hardtop that does not match the body color. The car had a glass top but it did not fit properly so, it was replaced with a metal one that fits.
The car has a new starter, new valve cover gaskets, and new upper intake gaskets. It still needs to have new vacuum lines to runs smooth and not skip. The ones on it are dry rotted and leak. It also needs headlight buckets and motors. They were already taken out before I got the car and I have not fixed that.
This started out as a project for my son. He lost interest and I lost the time to invest in fixing the car. I have other projects i would rather finish so, here she is.
I am open to trade for guns, jeep stuff, possibly guitars, and tools. Message me, the worst i can say is no.
