It's not area 51 material. The Air Force just announced that they are shutting the program down last week. We just don't know the true purpose of their experiment.

I always see military jets leaving dobbins spraying that chemtrail stuff. One day and called up dobbins and asked the first guy I talked to about a geo-engineering program and he transferred me to a higher up and then I got transferred again and spoke with some guy. He said he had no idea what I was talking about :x
