My serious comment is that he is close to retirement and has a gland situation that he cannot control and the Army is going to allow him to finish his career honorably. I know several females who have the same situation and it is very demoralizing. Thanks.

He never served, he received several draft deferments and even protested against the Vietnam War. At least according to wikipedia, but for sure he never served.
