Is it full tang?

From the tip of the blade to the handle it's 4 inches, overall it's 8 1/4. I'm not a knife guy so not sure what full tang is. It's steel from tip to tip and the handles are either side. May look good with low tennis shoes could be new fashion trend started right here on the trader.
