I used Zillow to get a rough ballpark area and amenities I wanted prior to involving a realtor, then I contacted one for showings.

Am in same boat, but told the kids to bank their money and sit it out till things start coming down. If they had a house to sell and over profit from, then it evens out. With nothing to sell, they are buying in an extremely high market.

Home pricing in Coweta and Fayette Counties are crazy. Even a small house needing significant repairs is going for over 200K.
I don't see how a young couple today could afford to buy anything
