After taking some machining classes a few years ago I bought an old Southbend lathe. Unfortunately I really did not have room to do anything with it and it has been sitting in my garage. I oiled it well before I parked it there and I have no reason to think that it won't work as it should, but I would expect any serious buyer to check it out carefully.
As far as I can tell, it is a "workshop 9A", with quick change gearbox. the motor is underneath, in the cabinet. I believe it to have been built in the early 1950's.
I'm hoping to sell it to someone who will do something with it.
