I know someone who did a full mouth of crowns and a few root canals in Cancun for 10k. I think they quoted me 3500 for my implant. But they would need to do a 2 step process of implanting necrotic tissue wait a few weeks and then do the implant, so I decided to live with it.

The original dentist told me to come back in 6 months for an implant. They never explained that if you wait more than 6 months, the natural bone starts to go away.

At 67 my teeth are finally failing me . I think it’s time to look into alternatives. Really don’t think I want dentures any suggestions on implants or other options?
