Anyone know where I could possibly buy the rubber eye piece that goes over the focus knob? I know they don’t make these anymore and it’s been missing for awhile.

Nikon stopped selling scopes back in 2021, so I would be very surprised if they still have parts for an older Monarch UCC...that scope has to be at least 10-15 yrs old. That being said, maybe you can get someone on the tech side who can actually cross reference it against other Nikon scopes, maybe more than one used the same style (or more importantly) the same size rubber piece.
Worst case, you can always slip on a rear flip up scope cap. I've done that on a few myself.

a Japanese made monarch scope will deliver 95% Swarovski performance for 1/4 the cost...Philippine made...not so much
Agreed, this one is made in the Philippines but have always been impressed with it. Never an issue. Bought in in early 2000’s.
Looks like it but not sure if it’s the same size. Mine is a 3-9x40 scope. Should be the same
