Over/Under

Stoeger is a good one IMO. They're is a lot of options for cheap ones. Most places will rent them to you for 20 bucks. If all you are going to really do is a couple times a year might want to just rent one when you go. It would take a lot of trips at 20 bucks to cover buying one and you will get to use a nice one.

IMO the longer the barrel and chokes open just as much as you can the better. Barrel selector isn't as necessary for just shooting a couple times a year.

Bakail makes a nice shotgun for not a lot of money. I had one and it works perfectly. Wood was a nice a 2k shotgun.

I second the baikal nomination

If you go to Tom Lowe shooting grounds, you can rent for $9 a day nice Silver Pigeon, so there's absolutely no need to buy one, especially for couple occasions a year. I bought my SP1 before I discovered it, and I was completely pissed off by it.
