possibly sick or injured owl in back yard

I know there is an ODT member that does something with raptors- does anyone know his username?
I've had an owl in the backyard all day. Saw it fly a short distance but didn't go far and didn't fully extend it's wings.

Any ideas?

Took an injured owl there. Wrapped him in a blanket and put him in a dog crate to travel. They cared for him and released him back into the wild.
