Not being able to get where I'm going

Drivers that wait until the very last minute to merge when a clearly visible sign that reads "right lane closed 1/2 ahead".

This afternoon, I had a tailgater roll up on me and ride my bumper. I sped up to 65mph to appease him, but to no avail. He was so close that I could not see his headlights in any mirror, Being the safety conscious person that I am, I was past due on checking my brakes and this seemed to be the perfect moment to perform it. I threw both hands in the air in excitement as my truck passed the brake check perfectly. For the next 5 miles, the now clearly visible silver Honda Accord maintained a safe driving distance of about 40 yards behind me.

Means I'm last & have to wait longer .

2. People who pull into a crowded intersection and don't clear it by the time the light changes, keeping traffic from moving in either direction.
