DO NOT EVER TRY TO CLEAN YOUR SEAT BELT MECHANISM!!! Go to the dealer like the previous post advised. Toyota, as well as many other companies, use a pretensioning devise that will save your life in the event of an accident. Any attempts to clean the mechanism or swap seat belts could prevent...
Make sure to change the heater valve switch while you are in there. If the core has gone bad, the junction where the fluid flow is regulated is usually just as bad. And remember...copper, no plastic parts!
