    I think 18 year olds are 105.7% more likely to say something likely to incite a riot as compared to 21 year olds. Therefore I think you shouldn't have free speech untill your 21... This should be a constitutional discussion, not individual assessments of how incompetent xx year olds are...

    I feel there are some valid points, I dont want some of my buddies to be carrying at 25, much less 18. But on the principal of the thing, legally I feel if your an adult at 18, then you should be given the rights of an adult
