Just what east Coweta needs. A thousand more houses between Senoia and Sharpsburg.
I thought it was still 1.6 acres min lot size in the county, which even using common core math you can't get 1000 houses on 513 acres + the clubhouse, pools, parks, playgrounds etc. I'm sure that no palms were greased or worthless relatives given jobs to secure the variance. FS/FT 16’ standing seam metal roofing panels
These panels don't need seam covers, batten caps or anything like that. They snap together. "IF" they're 24 ga they are UL90 rated panels and can span 5" over open purlins. All you need to make a nice single slope, lean to or something similar is the clips and fasteners which you can buy...- no clever name
