I got behind 3 cars from California Monday, one I was directly behind was drunk and passed out at the light by the post office at 10am. When I woke the son of a bitch up he floored it and flew past the state trooper looking at his phone parked on the side. Cop couldn't be bothered

I just don't get it. Houses cost more than ever and now is the time people want to buy? You'd think folks would just wait until things settle down.

Add 700 unit apartments on every corner, 50 townhomes where 2 houses used to be, and convert every other lane to a bike lane that no one rides in.
AND toss in traffic lights that are not synchronized.....
