    I used an ALG Defense ACTwith a JP Enterprises reduced power/enhanced reliability spring kit. It breaks like glass at a consistent 4.5 lbs.

    They seem to be a decent up and coming company... with a few quality an CS issues. But I'm sure all the major companies didn't hit the ground running either.

    I only have one carry pistol... not because I think carrying more than one pistol is wrong but because I'm not much of a pistol guy. I would rather spend my extra dough on rifle parts and ammo. I dress the same pretty much year round, so I don't need a smaller/larger frame for different...

  13. Anyone running an A2 Buttstock on their carbine?

    I hate collapsable stocks. I used a Magpul MOE rifle stock on my 18" SPR build, but on my 16" 5.45x39 dissy carbine I used a Magpul UBR because it's the only one that doesn't rattle like 2 midgets wrestling in a bag of aluminum cans.

  14. Okay I'm severely pissed off with my AR

    With an AR, this could be a multitude of problems... could be ammo, buffer spring, extractor/spring, could even be the gas key is improperly installed/staked or the gas port is too small or partially obstructed. Just have to troubleshoot.
