    I picked up a brand new never used Blackstone Pro Model 36” on Saturday from FB marketplace. Regularly $597.00 I got for $225.00. So far made ribeye, Cajun chicken Philly and chicken fried rice with veggies. It is amazingly good! Easy cook, easy cleanup. Smash burgers in our near future.

    I’m doing 2 tomorrow. Brine overnight in apple juice, water, spices. Trying a new rub I picked up last week. Forget the name right now. Inject with apple juice and spices. Smoke at 225 for about 10ish hours. Let rest and pull. Serving it Sunday evening for our LifeGroup Bible study.

    I’ve done it before on a Weber kettle. Just takes a lot of monitoring during the cook. Might smoke it a few hours then finish in the oven to regulate the heat better.
