I can 2nd the MCarbo kits. I have them in a bunch of different weapons and have all turned out like they advertised. On CZ, get the floating trigger pin also.
Something is off. Can you eject round without the mag inserted? I've been hunting with an AR 7.62x39 since 96 and never had happen what you are describing.
Pull your charging handle out and see if it is bent. Friend had one that wouldn't cycle and it turned out the charging handle was bent up. Replaced charging handle and everything was good again. Just something else to check.
Weak mag spring. Check all your mags and see if it happens with all of them. If so, check the slide lock for damage and also make sure the spring is seated correctly. Have you had it apart lately for cleaning?
Get a Choir Boi stainless sink cleaner and run some it down the barrel with your favorite cleaner. I know it will take rust off with damaging the finish. I got mine at the local hardware store in the kitchen section. For a couple of $, did the trick.
It's very easy to screw up a 1911 if you don't know what you are doing. Tolerance stacking becomes an issue when you start taking material off a 1911 fire control group. What are you trying to do with the trigger?
