There hasn't been a conclusive in vivo RCT that displays efficacy. The results are anecdotal, and when that is coupled with the fact that ~ 80% of the people who contract COVID-19 don't require hospitalization means that its not the "game changer" its touted to be. Like I said, the real game...
Short answer: no
Grabbing at straws with an off label drug. The real game changer would be a novel antiviral medication that DIRECTLY targets the virus. But that takes time to develop.
But it's more fun to focus on the 12th rifle and the 15 thousandth round of ammo. Seriously though, that should be priority one. It's a shame that so many people overlook that.
Water
Medical supplies (think beyond tccc, preventing infection and maintaining access to critical prescriptions is more important)
Food
you can't eat lead or gold.
The guns are important but vastly overrated compared to other more critical necessities.
There are a lot more common problems than getting shot. A medical class will help you respond to many of them. Definitely get it done if you can.
