    We're set ok. I really don't have looong term stuff. Like ten year stable. We have a 5 gallon bucket of emergency stuff it gets turned at new years. Rest is what we normally keep. Found out when fridge froze up and had to eat all the stuff in the freezer to cut it off that it took 3 weeks to eat...
