  1. options...form 1? or enbrace the brace?

Perhaps ATF commitment to their rules has makes them nervous. Or maybe they don’t want to encourage mall ninjas to join up. Cool thing about a club is they can be choosey about club activities.
  2. options...form 1? or enbrace the brace?

Pistols and Cans may travel interstate without filing paperwork. Please note if your current lower was transferred. as a rifle you’ll need to buy a non rifle lower to build a pistol/multi to avoid constructing an SBR. Also an SBR needs paperwork when traveling out of state or when selling it.

Two follow up questions: 1) if trust has only one survivor, do they have to transfer to themselves? Doesn’t a trust require 2 or more trustees? 2) what would be the disposition of items if no survivors? And for extra credit, is the ATF processing time any different?
  10. So........****

ATF make thier share of mistakes. They caught my FFL upgrading their license and rejected my application. FFL resubmitted with their new info and then ATF rejected again claiming stamp already issued for the S/N. Third time worked. 7 months total. Thank goodness it was held at the range so I...

Sounds like a collusion story in there somewhere. Robert Mueller and company will be by early Sunday morning to go through your septic tank and wont stop until satisfied it's not there. I know someone that moved out of state during the process. It resolved in 22 months. (true story)
  12. Silencerco BOGO cans promotion

I heard they are offering some models in colors. The warlock is rather small. I rarely use it as 22 is not very loud anyway. If I were in the market I’d go for larger caliber. The ATF wait time is the same regardless

Individual or trust - easiest up front is individual and word on the street is shorter wait time. Plan...

Also consider buying from your local range as they usually allow you to shoot it on their range before your stamp arrives making your wait time less painful.
