Please note if your current lower was transferred. as a rifle you’ll need to buy a non rifle lower to build a pistol/multi to avoid constructing an SBR.
Also an SBR needs paperwork when traveling out of state or when selling it.
Two follow up questions:
1) if trust has only one survivor, do they have to transfer to themselves? Doesn’t a trust require 2 or more trustees?
2) what would be the disposition of items if no survivors?

Ok then pick your fav local class III dealer and ask them about it. They’ll make a few bucks for thier time to do your paperwork, transfer and store your can. Range or shop is your preference.

Also consider buying from your local range as they usually allow you to shoot it on their range before your stamp arrives making your wait time less painful.
