    This is embarrassing. It did get stripped. It was attended on the Floor, apparantly without objection so there was no roll call vote on that amendment. Sorry for making such a foolish entry into the pool.

    If they did it in a committee, then you're right but I know there was no recorded Floor vote and the only published versions show it still in there. The guys in Social Circle believe it's still there as well.

    What does the number in the very top right corner of the copy read? It should be something similar to "HB155/SCSFA/2"

    It absolutely did pass in both the House and the Senate. It has not been signed by the Governor. If it is not vetoed by the Governor it will go into effect on July 1, 2013. There has been no indication that he would do anything but sign the bill.
