I have the full size Tirant 45 as well and have run 9mm up thru 300 BO with great results. Just make sure you stay subsonic with the 300 and you'll be good to go.
I was in n the same boat and decided on 3 cans to fill any roll that I currently or could forsee shooting. I did want a dedicated .22 can for the size and weight so I picked up a Spectre II. For pistol, again for size, weight, multi cal capabilites I went with the Tirant 45. For rifle I went...
Nope....I squeezed in the SBR's and cans I wanted before the deadline. I have 3 that I already have stamps back on that I haven't even begun to build. It was "ok" while it lasted I guess but at this point I think I'm done unless a really cheap full auto MP5 comes across my path.
Just got the stamp back and finished up my SBR. She's 25" overall colapsed and 30" overall with the can and weighs in at 7.5 lbs without the can and 8.5 lbs with as pictured / unloaded.

This combo is difinetely back yard quiet. I've had that ammo for years and not real sure where it came from but would guess any sub 22 would give you the same. I'll have to try to run some standard velocity rounds through it for comparison and try to post another video.
I tried to hear the difference in action noise between the Ruger and the GSG but felt it was negligible. My main concern after that was accuracy and felt the Ruger would fit that bill a bit better. If I can pick up a used GSG on here in the low 200 range I would definitely like to give it a try...
For those of you looking for a 22 can I can't say enough about the Spectre II pared up with the Ruger 22/45 Lite. This combo is ridiculously quiet. I really wasn't sure what host I was going to use and debated on the Sig/GSG 1911, Browning Buckmart & the Ruger. While I'm not the biggest fan of...
I ran a mag thru my 5.56 16" AR yesterday with the Saker 7.62 can and it was quite pleasant. In my mind no hearing protection needed. Haven't compared it to the 10" uppers yet.
