I've often thought it would be nice to have something like that for my Guardian 9 for when I use it with .22lr. I'm not sure it would really make much of difference though. It's already pretty quiet.
I had the opportunity to shoot my new M&P Sport this past weekend with my Specwar, and the gas in my face was considerably less than when shooting my DDM4 with the same can. In fact I could hardly tell if I was getting any gas in my face. Does anyone else have experience with suppressed ARs...
I bought a couple hundred rounds of it off the shelf when I saw it at Academy and to my ear it seemed noticably louder than my 124gr suppressor ammo, my GA arms 147gr, and my AE 147gr.
I have a Guardian 9 and it's worked great for me, I like everything about it really. With that being said I haven't had to use HTA's customer service, and I've heard nothing but horrible things about it. I'd be hard pressed at this point to buy one of their products again.
Btw, georgia gun store in Gainesville has the aac handi rifle for 245.00 right now if I'm not mistaken. Also, try shooting your current setup wet and it'll make a notable difference. Just poor a little water in the suppressor and try it out.
