    Youre looking at it all wrong! I like to think about it like this: We pay our $200. If it takes them 8 months (I wish) that means they are working their fingers to the bone for around 240 work days. Thats 1,920 hours of hard work devoted to me and me alone.     Do they call? Email? Is it the ATF that lets you know or the dealer? I did mine (form 4) 6/28/16. I checked last week and the nice ATF lady said it was still pending.

    Form 4 submitted June 28. I called yesterday and it was pending. The lady said realistic wait times are at 8 -9 months. I dont know if she meant that is for things just submitted, or for me? Not sure, but either way, it sounds like it may be a minute.

    I just sent everything over to Dogleg Arms for a Dobbs Arc 22. It's my first dip into NFA. I am very excited.
