  1. AR Pistol built on virgin lower illegal?

Haha that guy did my very first transfer like a million years ago. Oops, just saw that you said it wasn't Andy. Don't know about the other guys there, but Andy was cool.
  2. eForm question

bwahahaha What else would one expect from government?
  3. anybody using a 10.3" barrel on your AR?

I have a 10.5" on my 300 blk pistol with 7" rail. I would probably get a 10" if i did it again, honestly. Aside from just looking better, it'd give some extra sight radius.
  4. Things are not looking good for wait times....

****! I knew I should have put in the paperwork when I ordered my upper...
  5. Thinking About an SBR, need HELP

    Yes, that is the plan.
  6. Thinking About an SBR, need HELP

I'm doing this too, but not sure when to send in paperwork. Right now the 11.5" upper is on back order and the lower is virgin stripper with LPK ready to go. Might be another month or more before the upper gets here. Can I still apply and list the anticipated upper length and caliber?
  7. Oil Filter Suppressor????? Seriously?

So the registered part is the adapter? That's pretty cool..
  8. Tax stamp question

  10. SBR cost

Yeah, I think you're right. That can't be too expensive, can it?
  11. SBR cost

After the $200 tax stamp, wouldn't the cost of the upper just depend on what bells and whistles you want on it?
  12. Draco AOW?

Doh, yeah that sounds right. My bad. Been a while since I looked into it. Please disregard what I was saying. Except for the part about adding a stock...that really is a no no.
  13. Draco AOW?

Its $5 no matter who does it. That's the tax stamp in AOW. You can NOT add a stock as that would make it a SBR and require the $200 stamp.
  14. WTS M79 40mm Grenade Launcher

What kinds of projectiles are legal for this? Wouldn't real 40mm rounds each need a $200 stamp? I suppose you can load other types, eh? Just curious. That is a very interesting piece, indeed. Would be worth picking up just for the novelty, if I had the cash.
