Bat houses that size will be expensive. You can make your own pretty simply and cheaper using cedar fence boards. Not that difficult, but are somewhat labor intensive, thus the high price.
We have a squirrel proof feeder, and put seed on the ground for all the critters, which has unintended consequences. Hunting ground for hawks, also.

Have some old antique tools that I have acquired over the years. I am thinking about selling all of them but have no idea of their value.
We have a multitude of different birds that come to our feeder.
Bluebirds are my favorite. They don't come to feeder, but have a house for them, they use every year.
Redbirds built a nest in a bush right off the front porch.
