I've got a few dozen rolls of film to get developed/scanned, any recommendations?
I want to avoid the chain stores, pharmacies, etc.. drop it of and wait forever scenario..
Got hooked on film again and I'm going to need a place to get it done.
I don't think that's out of line for pricing.
The materials to build it may not have been expensive, the amount of time & skill to actually build it is where the value comes from. My wife does cakes and I know all about "it's just a box of cake mix and frosting" or "walmart can do it...

Not 10 or 20 it was like 50+...I had to have them no idea why. I even brought them with us when we moved into the new house.....wife was...
I had a feeling it was out that way. I've tried a few local to me with nowhere near the success you've had. How much of that is due to location vs inexperience I don't know.
I'm working all week so I can't go play in the cold water.
