It's not free but not expensive either. Owen Farm Hunting Preserve in South Georgia, about 2.5 hours from ATL. Hunted there twice and saw a lot of hogs. $300 for a night hunt, kill as many as you want but you butcher or as I did, paid $60 to get quartered. Lots of hogs down there...
