    Anyone got any deer sausage, burger, or grind their looking to lose to make freezer space. I've eaten my last pack from my kill this fall and I don't think I can go back to pork sausage. I'm not sure how the regs work for selling/trading meat. Maybe wrong section, so sorry if so

    20lbs + the tenderloins + ham steaks. I haven't really had someone show me the ropes on hunting deer.

    They told me they only add fat to it, it's very lean sausage. Wilkes meat market. I chose it because it was on the GON recommended list.

    Hmm... Yea I got 20lbs of sausage, backstraps and 4 ham steaks. Thing that tipped me off is I ordered up to 20 pounds of sausage and the rest as just plain ground meat, and some how I got exactly 20lbs of sausage
