So I'm looking to make some ground breakfast sausage, burger meat, and maybe some italian spiced ground sausage with some newly acquired venison from a generous ODT member.
Anyone have some tried and trued recipes to share before I get to pushing on the grinder?
Anyone got any deer sausage, burger, or grind their looking to lose to make freezer space.
I've eaten my last pack from my kill this fall and I don't think I can go back to pork sausage. I'm not sure how the regs work for selling/trading meat.

Hmm... Yea I got 20lbs of sausage, backstraps and 4 ham steaks. Thing that tipped me off is I ordered up to 20 pounds of sausage and the rest as just plain ground meat, and some how I got exactly 20lbs of sausage
