  1. Blackbeard Island Deer Hunt

    Anybody ever done this? Sounds neat but I can't find much information on it. Kinda looks like I need to buy a $25 permit and charter a boat to get there. Other than that looks like its pretty much a 3 day camping trip with an archery hunt for little deer. Anybody have any insight?

    I'm planning on heading to Cohutta to see if I can find a bear this year. I've been doing my homework and think I have a plan. I was hoping some of you gentlemen might be able to help point me in the right direction so at least I don't get eaten. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

    Mostly for Elk and Moose, however we are planning a trip to Kyrgyzstan Ibex hunting and also looking at Africa. I know there are several good rounds but the availability of the 300 wm in other countries should ammo get taken by customs is the main reason for that caliber choice.
