    Running a lightly oiled patch down a high power rifle will not significantly change POI in hunting terms. Of course running a oiled patch down a bench rest gun will change POI enough to notice if you are shooting 1 inch groups at 200 but that is a different story.

    If the property line is straight. Cut a shooting lane at min legal distance form property line and practice 1000 yard shots every Saturday and Sunday morning at daylight. Set up a steel gong so you will know when you are on target. Offer to stop wheN the trespassing ceases.

    I would think that cattle would make it easier to hunt. It should not be hard to hit a deer and not a cow from a tree stand.
