  1. What’s everyone doing about primers?

I believe that everyone is Hoarding them now.
  2. Anyone know anything about casting bullets from lead sheeting?

Thanks for all of the responses. For those of you wondering, the building was an old doctors office. The room was used as an X-ray room.
  3. Anyone know anything about casting bullets from lead sheeting?

I am in the middle of a renovation project and I have come across a lead lined room. I estimate the quantity is about 2800 pounds. Anyone have any experience with casting bullets from a material like this? Am I better off scrapping the lead for cash?
  4. Finally bought a Dillon - worth the price?

I will say that their customer service is the example of what all customer service should be.
  5. Best place to order Dillon 650

Check out this forum. Whoseyourcoach has one for sale with a bunch of extras.
  6. 9 MM 115 gr crimp

My only experience with 9 mm loads is 147 gr projectiles loaded subsonic. My 115 gr loads will be for plinking also. I am going to make a few light loads with a shorter COL (probably 1.125") and give them a try.
  7. 9 MM 115 gr crimp

Pistol is a Sig P226. Dummy rounds drop right in and fall right out without a hint of a problem. The last stage in the Blue 650 is a Lee FCD. Does anyone have any experience with shorter COLs with Berrys 115 gr FPDS bullets? My data calls for 1.130". I see some load data as short as 1.1"...
  8. 9 MM 115 gr crimp

Case mouth bell: Cases are belled just enough to feel a slight bell. I made the mistake of over belling case mouths when I started reloading. Reloadings: not more than a 3rd loading. I generally load at or around the starting load. I am guessing that the problem is that the 115 gr...
  9. 9 MM 115 gr crimp

I gave that a try. I now have a crimp mark on the bullet, and bullets still move back about 0.005" to 0.007" when I cycle a dummy round.
  10. 9 MM 115 gr crimp

Just set up to load some 9 mm 115 gr ammo. I set the COL at 1.130. This only gives me about 0.12" to crimp. After crimping, I cycled a dummy round through my pistol with no problems EXCEPT the COL changed to 1.125. I used the same crimp setting that I have been using on my 147 gr loads. Has...
  11. Need Input on some reloading equipment and possible options.

My 2 cents is buy a blue one.
  12. Getting components locally...

Maybe we should try to set up some group buys. Large orders can distribute the hazmat fees so that they aren't so painful.
  13. Stocking up on reloading components

If you are shooting Bullseye, you better teach your heirs how to clean guns. I quit shooting BE because it is so dirty.
