Hard to believe they once sold an off road vehicle with seats in the back with handles. I still remember the commercials. That would seriously trigger some people today!

My son has an 1988 F-150 and the thermostat failed. Went to replace it and one of the bolts is easily accessible but was hard as heck to get out (I don't think it's ever been out). The other bolt is almost impossible to access but I was able to get a wrench on it and promptly shear the bolt head...
The prototype body is hideous and I suspect it will not look like that. The success of the Jeep and even the FJ dictate a much more traditional look. I hope Ford does not f this up but they did recently unveil an electric hatchback and call it a Mustang so....
