    Picked up one a few months ago. Only “blem” I could find was a scratch from the safety, which every AK seems to have. Zeroed easy, has ran flawless for the couple hundred rounds I’ve put through it. I keep it under the back seat of my truck.

    How do these stack up against Colt and BCM? If you’re going to have a carbine gas anyway, a Colt comes in cheaper (provided dealers still have some on shelves) and for not much more, you can get a BCM with a mid-length gas. I’ve heard lots of praise on SOLGW, just never seen one in person.

    After having both, I’ll say I prefer the Mini if only iron sights are used. Mounting optics on them is more of a chore and never comfortable to me.
