Visited today and picked up an SB3 brace for my AR9. Great shop and the ladies were super nice. This wil be a regular stop on my trout fishing and camping trips.
Will do. I was spraying brush killer and squeezed in a few mags before i was drenched in sweat lol.
I had the rds mounted with no riser, and it was too low for me. Think I should try a low or medium height riser? I was thinking 1/2".
I was near Rome yesterday, dropped by Rome Gun and Pawn. Picked one up for $479 otd. Had time this afternoon, so I slapped a Bushnell RDS on it, quick zeroed, and put 100 rounds through it. She's a keeper. I had Glock 15 round and ETS 22 round mags, no issues with either.
25 yard target...
All the reviews I've read/watched are very good. At $488, I think this may make my decision much easier.
It's odd, my buddy lives in Iowa, and they are scarce as a conservative in San Francisco out his way.
I've had great experiences with Monmouth. Ordered parts for a few rifles, great prices and decent shipping times.
Edit: after reading the other thread, I think I'm done with them. May even send them an email and tell them to make it right with @D Rich or forget me spending another dollar with them.
My hex mags arrived today. I'm impressed with them. Haven't weighed them, but they feel slightly lighter than the Pmag, but very sturdy. I'll buy these in the future when I see a deal.
I really like Alexander's. Great selection for everyone in the family, and decent pricing, depending on what you're looking at.
That being said, as a business owner, I have to doubt claims that guns are actually sold at 'cost'. Some of the prices I heard from friends were definitely not at...
If you're actually talking about CGP, I'll say your thoughts are in the minority. I buy 90% of my firearms from them. Heck, I have found a lower price online on several ccasions and they matched the price. Good fellas to deal with.
