Great gun. Good deals on other models if you browse including 395 with no thumb safety and hard to find fde models without the TS (can we get rid of these please?)
I prefer 9mm for personal carry and training... But I've been carrying 40s on duty for a decade and they are just fine if you train with them and there's nothing wrong with the caliber.
Seconded. Sold all my glocks once I started getting into these. Don't get turned off by a gritty trigger take up it goes away in a couple hundred rounds. This is a steal.
I don't expect total reliability dealing with that cartridge. Never intended for auto loading. My pmr was finicky. Whatever you do read the manual and run the specified ammo (for once).
A bad primer once in a while on reman practice ammo is semi excusable but a squib is demonstrative of bad consistency. Thank god the round didn't make it far enough down the barrel to allow for the feeding of another round or my gun would be $&&@&.
Side note FNXs hate weak ammo and limp...
I've never played with these... Seems like it's an unpadded vcas with nylon vs acetal hardware? Any experience with these slings or at least those materials?
