    LOL, You keep thinking that you do know the law. Officers wrongfully charge people all the time and it is thrown out of court. Guess where it will forever show up. A new rap sheet every time you have your background run. It may say dismissed but it'll still be there. Asking for the sergeant crap...

    The sarge is going to cuff you and CHARGE you. LOL He'll say "Tell it to the judge." A risk I will never take. I also am an FFL holder. I stay well within the lines of the law. I don't want any trouble of any kind.

    I am not certain but I would not risk taking it around town in my vehicle. I have seen tons of officers that can't tell the difference in .40 and 9mm so . . . .

    Not a good idea for a truck gun. Being an "Other" weapon leaving the house with one or range is not a good idea. One officer that doesn't know the law could charge you with a short-barreled shotgun. You also can NOT carry it like it is a handgun.

    The forward assist roll pins are too big. I have an upper on my desk that the roll pin broke a punch. Throw it away and buy the correct sized pin and it'll go in much easier. Some have had success with them. I had to order more pins. https://www.jsesurplus.com/search.aspx?find=URPFARP
