Wife got 3 yesterday. 17, 18 & 19 pounds. These are great on the smoker - 2 hrs on the "smoke" setting and then cook til internal temp of 125-128 - wrap for an hour and slice how thick you want. Wife throws hers in the iron skillet for a few seconds for a medium to medium well.
I went to GA Gunstore today and got the SDS S4. Cleaned the excess oil and fired 50 rounds of the cheap 1250 fps #8 shot and about 10 rounds of 1345 fps 00 buck. It functioned perfectly- best groups of 00 were from the full choke. I’m not disappointed. Like $411 out the door.
I got 2 of the 800 packs too. Total OTD for 1600 rounds was $147.64 or .0922 each. Not bad either. Some guy on here was trying to get $160 for an 800 pk.

Get a 12-15 lb ribeye strip, throw in smoker with 50/50 apple and hickory wood. Cook at 225 til internal temp is 140 - pull out and slice after 30 min. I've done this several times and it's great. Comes out like med rare - girls have to cook on grill a few min to get med to med well.
