The best way to have handled it from the start would have been to have my real estate agent negotiate with them a definite date and time they need to pick the stuff up by or it would be removed and disposed of at their expense, and have that in writing and signed...
Yea it was a rag, not worth much more than scrap value. Decided to let a known wrecker service that as you say "knows the ins and outs" take it away without me having to be responsible for any loss. Glad it is gone!
Yea because that's what's worked so well up to this point, lol. They didn't move hardly anything without me threatening them and threats don't even work on this truck, ha.
So the house I bought had several campers, sheds, automobiles, etc in the back, and they got all but one truck out of here. The truck belonged to the son of the woman who sold me the house. She got all of her stuff.
So we sent her a certified letter telling her to remove all of their stuff...
