    yup Ive seen the seemingly nicest of family members turn into absolute vultures when someone passes. Do a hand written will if nothning else and there are a few good websites that do them as well.

    There was a guy trying to buy one the same day I was picking up a transfer and he didnt have a DL just some kind of paper permit to get him to work. (1st red flag) and he reeked of what I assume was weed (2nd flag) needless to say he left weaponless lol.

    I have never had to deal with/be a part of a HOA and I had no idea the "boards" even had access to that kind of money. I honestly thought it was just rule makers and votes. Sorry this is happening to everyone involved.

    Ive been wondering that about this guy. A lot of folks are talking about his training or lack there of but I kinda thought maybe he was IPSC shooter or one of those unlimited,run and gun guys. sounds like hes real familiar with moving and shooting.
