    My best guess is this is possibly a clerical error? Maybe someone with your same name in that county has pending charges and the clerk or whoever did the "background check" just used your name and not all info like DOB, SSN, etc...? Not sure how to fix it, but that sure does suck.

    They are super easy to deal with. I emailed my trust and they did literally everything else, including mailing off the paperwork. Just sign a few things and off you go. Not sure if @TruPrep does, but I know @DogLegArms does for sure and had a descent stock of stuff not too long ago.
