    Yep.....thats what concerns me. City of Roswell won't let me take out a NTO...they directed me to the county Superior court and suggested I take out a temp.restraining order to keep her out of our space.

    I may not have explained this one well enough. In dealing with our leasing company about her actions they (leasing company) have made jokes about hiring a hit man. They have had many many issues with this woman to the point where they have tried to terminate her lease and make her go away.

    In my mind I really didn't want to give the LEO my DL,but I also didn't want to come across as uncooperative or having something to hide.

    She claims she has a witness (she did have a client with her that was why I suggested we talk out side) regardless I know I never threatened her or her space any harm.
