  1. Private Parties Gifting a Handgun Across State Line

Each state can make certain gun laws which are enforceable within their borders, but it looks like interstate transfer/sales is federal. Don"t think Mom would appreciate an orange jumpsuit, and I'm way too good looking to go to prison.
  2. Private Parties Gifting a Handgun Across State Line

That, in fact was my next question.
  3. Private Parties Gifting a Handgun Across State Line

Yeah, shes a great Mom, and afraid of all of the crap going on. I had a couple dozen handguns laying around, until they were lost at sea last week. I managed to save the Smith and a couple boxes of ammo for her.
  4. Private Parties Gifting a Handgun Across State Line

Yeah, I'm going to take her shooting, then to get her carry license. Better safe than felon.
  5. Private Parties Gifting a Handgun Across State Line

Well, there you go. Appreciate the info.
  6. Private Parties Gifting a Handgun Across State Line

Yeah, I'm giving my Mom a Lady Smith. Just don't want us to become felons.
  7. Private Parties Gifting a Handgun Across State Line

Do I have to go through FFL holders for a private party to private party out-of-state gifting or sale?
  8. Company truck

My company doesn't allow us to have firearms in company trucks. I opted for the vehicle allowance and bought my own truck. I come out of pocket $30-$40/month, but hell I'm armed and glad to do it for my peace of mind.
  9. Carrying while hiking or on the AT?

I hike it a good bit and wouldn't think about it unless I was carrying.
  10. Had the Roswell Police called on me today.

Good friend had a similar problem with a coworker. Went to one of those "spy shops" and bought a camera/recorder pen that fit in his pocket. He documented a number of lies she had told thair supervisor and she was subsequently fired. Could have been real bad had he not had recordings. GOOD LUCK Bro.
