Won't do a damn bit of good until every Harbor Freight file in the country is rounded up and destroyed. Oh- and rocks too. It is really easy to deface metal if you're so inclined.
I did a little reading and the San Jose democrat that introduced the bill said it would keep criminals from possessing "military grade" body armor. I wish someone would point out the obvious to him- those criminals are already not able to legally possess guns, but somehow that's not working so...
I agree completely- I forgot that he didn't call the police. That makes it look like he was covering it up. Regardless, the guy did some pretty stupid things.

$1.44 million in registration fees based on their estimated number of gun owners.
I'd love to see how many of those registered gun owners have ever committed a gun related crime. I'm guessing it is a low percentage.
I paid very close attention to the Med Center in Macon when my last child was born- no signs anywhere about weapons (knives or otherwise) but it's a well know campus to the Mercer medical school. I have no idea where the line is drawn, but I may or may not have left my carry in my bag...
Yep... that was part of the alcohol on Sunday's thing that was enacted a few years ago. Until a few years ago, alcohol sales in grocery stores/liquor stores wasn't allowed on Sunday (although you could go buy it in a bar or restaurant).
I don't think there's a time restriction on other days...
