    I know it will not help in your situation but the statue quoted above that takes effect 7-01 will clarify that. Temporary license is already codified and should have been issued.

    If you hold a current Georgia Weapons Carry License, you do not have to have fingerprints done for renewal. I cannot quote the section of code but I do know that to be correct.
