    This is correct last time I looked it up but that was a while ago on any gun pistol can be made a rifle but never a riffle to a pistol without going threw atf paperwork from what I understand that is on reg guns not the Nfa guns they have their own rules

    I'm ok with guns for felons (non violent) I fully believe everyone should have the right to protect themselves in their home. Carry permits not so much. Even if the gun laws limit them to a shotgun for home defense and hunting only.

    There is a law - straw purchases are a felony, selling to a known felon is a felony and selling to out of state residents is I would assume a felony as well. If gun retailers would do background checks like the reporters do there fact checks they might have something to report on
