  1. No Scammers

I hate that. I don’t understand how folks fall for the stuff. Either way, I’ll keep reporting the bastards. It’s super easy to link them to the GB or similar ad they stole the photos from. They like using the same exact verbiage. You can literally copy their ad and paste it into Google to find...
  2. No Scammers

I would be interested to know if this is more of a nuisance for the site mods or if people are actually being scammed. To me it’s more of a “**** these guys, let’s keep them out.”
  3. No Scammers

Most of the scammers I have seen and reported were out of state. Makes sense. They want to “ship you their firearm” after you pay them in ITunes gift cards. A good deal (like a laughable good deal) is an easy giveaway as well. They’re trying to bait a sucker in with a good deal.
  4. No Scammers

I reported a couple profiles that were a couple months old, had a couple “gone” ads each, and had feedback. However, the feedback was to each other. The ads they posted were obvious scams (old gun broker ads). Was a pretty crafty little ****sucker trying to blend in!
  5. No Scammers

I report these assholes if I see them. I just reported three accounts. They all used the same phone number. That same phone number was being used all over the internet on scam gun ads. Maybe you can automagically search phone number to alert for fraud? Most of the scam ads I report list a phone...
  6. Untrusted Traders

  7. Untrusted Traders

You can contact an admin if he does and challenge the bad feedback left by them. ****’em.
  8. Untrusted Traders

As long as you have everything in PM you shouldn’t have an issue. What would you have done to have bad feedback left for you?
  9. Untrusted Traders

If the new guy from Arizona is sailing 2450 rounds of .223 for $550 you better think twice about buying lol
  10. New Scammer tactic

I’M IN I’m pretty certain it would be a pay digitally before we meet though. Deny it and they ghost. Gotta get them iTunes gift cards!!
  11. New Scammer tactic

So a new scammer account (35 minutes old prior to this post) posted a cheap Glock with an ad directly posted from GB in West Virginia. Nothing new right? Well, that same account had feedback posted onto it by another brand new account (10 minutes old prior to this post). They’re creating several...
  12. Upgrade! - Part 2

Is the search going to allow a quick selection for “only this thread/forum” instead of going through advanced search?
  13. Upgrade! - Part 2

How do you change the “new listing” and “bumped listing” preferences? I prefer to see firearms and related items rather than every newly posted item.
  14. Untrusted Traders

I can say this with 97.768% certainty…..if there is a new trader located out of state and just so happens to have every item for sail in the wanted section….they’re a scammer. Be careful out there.
  15. Please Vote - Considering Major Changes for Classifeds

There are too many posts in here to read for an answer to this, but why not pay per ad? $1 gets you 20 ads in the bank...or whatever ad count per $1 seems fair? Unlimited relists and no charging to post memes or other shenanigans.
  16. Please Vote - Considering Major Changes for Classifeds

If my wife did that to me I’d be reaching out to Facebook and Instagram for the same thing lol
  17. Please Vote - Considering Major Changes for Classifeds

How about $1 buy you 10 ads in ANY category. Give each user an account that keeps track and when they post their limit you charge another $1 for 10 more ads. The ads don’t go away after you buy them and it should be free to relist an ad. If someone wants to post more than “X” amount of items on...
  18. New Featured Listings

You're the best. It is nice to be able to bump every now and then and not have your listing get lost in the sauce. Thanks!
