That's exactly what I'm talking about. The light on the ship appears to be from above and slightly to the right. There are no other shadows anywhere in the photo that could be used to confirm the direction of the light source. I'm not looking for the ships shadow, I wanna see one from a truck... -

I've got a couple of problems with this pic.. Scale being the first, are these ant size aliens? Second the lighting and shadows or lack of any visible shadows on the ground or vehicles is bothering me. There's not one shadow in the pic that can be used for reference to verify the shadows on... -

You're right for them it was optional. I'm with ya on not paying for those who treat themselves badly. Its the way it may be used by some employers to save a buck. Just fire the "unhealthy" employees, those whose behaviour suggests they may be a risk, whether or not the information is accurate.
