Needs reframing (floor joists) cut out all the rot, build in a box, add sub floor, the more substrate.
If done correctly, no jacks needed after repair.
i bought a huge kitchen island. It has two slabs of granite with it. One is 24"x65" and the other is 44"x65".
Anyone have experience moving granite?
Thanks!
I used to spray urethane foam back in the early 90's. The formulations have changed over the years, as it used to rot wood.
The R value is crazy good.
My plant is closing June 30th. Maybe I will give Dave a call then or start a spray foam business.
Great opportunity! I'll be out of a job June 30th as the investment company that bought us has shuttered our plant and let go close to 100 positions company wide. I was offered a move package to Chicago and turned it down.
Probably going to replace my roof this year (20yrs old) looking for someone who does shingle installation on the side (I supply the shingles, felt, ect...) I'll pay $30/sq for installation only. Again, I supply materials.
Thanks,
